Local & National Moving

To start the process we will take an inventory of your personal belongings. If you require our packing services, we will schedule a date and time that will be suitable for you, so our highly trained and qualified professionals can go to your home and pack, wrap and prep all your goods using our industry standard materials and methods. Not only will this help the safety of your goods also will enable a fast, smooth and stress-free move on the day.

On moving day, your goods will be wrapped in large furniture pads and moved safely and securely into our truck. If you are moving out of state and inventory will be taken. All insurance can be arranged by our crew chief upon arrival.

At your destination the crew will take a quick look around your new home. All boxes should be labeled with the rooms to which the box came from, this makes the delivery much quicker. All set up and reassembly will be completed as the crew off loads.

Unpacking is also available. The crew will unpack your boxes and set up all your goods in their required places. We will remove all debris upon completion of the job to ensure you feel right at home. At the end of the job the crew chief will complete all the paperwork.

International Moving

To start the process we will take an inventory of your personal belongings. This can be done over the phone, by fax, email, estimates page form submittal, or in person at your home or place of business, not only does this give us an estimate on time and cost it also gives the opportunity to get to know us. This way you feel as comfortable and confident in our staff as we do. We will talk to you over the phone about all the options you have to ship your belongings overseas. One of our international specialists will inform you of all the import regulations in your desired country as every country is different.

You will receive a printed estimate via email, mail or fax. Our estimates will include a variety of services that fit your individual moving needs. All information regarding your move will be stated with an estimate of cost for each individual service.

For overseas shipments we will consign your goods to our Liaison officer, who works directly with the most reputable shipping lines available guaranteeing the most direct efficient routes.

For door to door service. A container will arrive at your home on a scheduled date and time. Our men will wrap all your furniture using our industry standard materials and methods.We will then load your container, packing carefully to ensure no damage while in transit. The crew will then build a wall inside the container to prevent movement in transit.

When we arrive we will take a detailed inventory of your goods for custom clearance purpose. You will also receive a copy for your own personal files. We will require from you two forms of photo id. and a letter written by you to authorize Roadrunner to ship your goods overseas.

We do provide Door to Door and Door to Port services. Please contact the office to ask about your individual shipping needs. Door to Door service includes normal customs clearance, inland transportation, normal destination service with unpack and normal set up, removal of debris on delivery day, delivery up to 2nd floor walk up or to a building with an elevator.

At the destination port, our agent will clear customs and deliver your shipment to your new home, where a team of professionals will unload, unwrap and set up the contents of the container. Unpacking is also available but we should be informed of your request before shipping.

Commercial Relocation

To begin the process one of our relocation specialists will schedule a time to visit you at your place of business, to not only meet with you but take a detailed inventory of the items you wish to move.We will send you a printed copy of the estimated time and cost of the move. Our estimates include all the information and options you have for your individual relocation needs.

Upon request we will provide you with current references from our previous clients. Insurance certificates are also available directly from our agent. If you require packing we will provide the labor and all the materials needed to ensure the safety and security of your goods.

Any special equipment required to complete your move can also be provided.
On the day of the move our team of highly trained professional movers will arrive at your place of business prepared to complete your relocation with minimum stress and the utmost efficiency.

Storage

In the event your moving dates do not fit with your personal schedule, you may need to store your possessions. Roadrunner Moving can provide you with a secure storage facility.

Each individual item you wish to store will be wrapped in our industry standard furniture pads and packed into a wooden storage container. Each storage container holds 245 cubic feet/1600 lbs. We also have open storage space where oversized pieces can be stored in a clean and dry environment.

We do provide long term and short term storage. Please contact the office and speak to one of our representatives regarding pricing and your individual storage needs.

Please note that as we have vaulted storage access is limited and would require at least a 5 days prior notice. If you need frequent access we can refer you to Self Storage Facilities in the area that may provide a discount for our customers.
